Do I need to be a resident to reserve the Harpers Mill Clubhouse?
Yes. The Harpers Mill Clubhouse is exclusively available for use by Harpers Mill residents.
What tables and chairs are included with my reservation?
Your reservation includes access to:
- # of chairs- 60
- # of 6’ tables- 7
- # of 3’x 3’ tables- 8
- # of 4’x 4’ tables- 6
All furniture must remain inside the clubhouse unless otherwise approved.
May I tour the clubhouse before booking?
Yes. The clubhouse may be viewed during regular office hours. The on-site Harpers Mill office is typically open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We recommend contacting the office in advance to confirm availability.
When are payments due?
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation date. The remaining balance must be paid at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled event.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits are refundable provided there is no damage to the clubhouse and all rental terms are met. Deposits are refunded back to customer’s card. Refunds can take 5-10 to appear on customer’s statement.
Can the pool deck be reserved?
The pool deck may be reserved for private events only after the pool has closed to residents from 8pm-11pm. Lifeguards must be secured through the pool management company for any approved reservation. Please note, the pool itself is not available for private reservations outside of pool season.
Is additional time provided for setup and cleanup?
No. All setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved rental time. Please plan accordingly when selecting your reservation timeframe.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Reservations may be canceled; however, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from any payments made.
