Service Description

Rental includes access to swimming. EXCLUDES access to clubhouse ​400 guests or less $100/hr PLUS lifeguard fee - tbd based on guests count ($100 security deposit) Example: private pool party

Cancellation Policy

In addition to any other remedy available at law or equity, either party may cancel this agreement if the other party fails to comply with each and every term and condition of this agreement. In the event that the renting party either (a) breaches any term of this agreement or (b) cancels this agreement more than seven (7) business days in advance of the scheduled rental date, the rental hold/security deposit and rental fee shall not be charged to the renting party except for a twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) processing fee. In the event that the renting party either (a) breaches any term of this agreement or (b) cancels this agreement less than seven (7) business days in advance of the scheduled rental date, the full rental fee shall be due and may be deducted from the rental/security deposit. In the event of a material amount of snow or any accumulation of ice on the date of the scheduled event, either the renting party or the association may cancel or reschedule the event without penalty; provided, however that the even shall not be rescheduled unless the parties can decide on a mutually agreeable date and time. The community shall have no obligation for the removal or clearing of snow or ice to accommodate a scheduled event.
